I've been in the mood for some seafood, so this month's ravioli flavor is shrimp. Yum.
Introducing Pink Peppercorn/Raspberry Macarons. This combination of tart and sweet really hits the spot. The filling is light buttercream laced with a bit of ground pink peppercorns topped with a dot of homemade raspberry puree.
