The weather here in Florida has turned refreshingly crisp. I so love sitting out on my porch with a cup of coffee and a macaron (or two) in the cool of the day. My home is small and simple, but suits me just fine. I strive to live a simple, slow life. I have been perfecting the art of making French macarons and I find such joy in creating the perfect shape, texture, and flavor of these wonderful confectionaries. Eating them isn't half bad, either!
